Terms of use and subscription conditions for Freud AI.

FreudAI Terms of Use and Subscription Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FreudAI mobile application and related services ("Service") provided by Prismind Media ("Developer"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the FreudAI application and the content thereof.

2. Scope of License

The license granted to you for the Application is a non-transferable, limited license to use the Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Definitions

  • User/You: The individual using the Application.
  • Subscription: A paid membership purchased via the App Store that provides access to premium features and content for a specific period.

4. Maintenance and Support

The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.

5. Paid Features, Subscriptions, and Purchases

FreudAI offers some features on a subscription basis. The available plans are Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly.

  • Free Trial: The Application may offer a 3-day free trial for new users. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

6. Warranty and Refunds

The Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties. In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application.

7. Product Claims and Intellectual Property

The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application or your possession and use of the Application, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims. In the event of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim, the Developer will be solely responsible for the investigation and defense of such claims.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country
  2. You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties

9. Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Application for any unlawful purposes, in a manner that violates the rights of others, or for unauthorized purposes such as reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled in the Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul.
