As the data controller, we, Vebilisim Teknoloji A.S., aim to inform you through this Privacy Policy regarding which of your personal data will be processed for what purpose, with whom and why the processed data may be shared, our data processing methods and legal grounds, and your rights concerning your processed data, in compliance with App Store and Google Play Store guidelines.

Your IP address, user agent information, and basic app usage data (such as prayer tracking statistics) will be processed. This data is collected through automated or non-automated methods, and sometimes obtained from third parties such as analytical providers, advertising networks (for free users), and technology providers. The processing is based on the legal ground of "legitimate interest" within the framework and duration of the service and contractual relationship between us.

Prayer Tracking Data: The data you input regarding your qaza prayers is stored to provide you with historical statistics and the ability to export this data as a PDF.

Subscription and Payment Data: We offer auto-renewing annual subscriptions for premium features (ad removal, historical statistics, premium themes, PDF export). We do not process or store your payment details (such as credit card numbers). All payment transactions are securely handled and processed by Apple (via App Store) or Google (via Google Play Store).

The personal data you share with us will be processed and updated in a purposeful and proportionate manner during the contract and service period, solely for the following purposes:

  • To perform the core functions of our application (tracking prayers, calculating qaza, generating PDFs).
